I totally feel your pain... Had a similar experience with FFG.asx. Had 700,000 shares which I had held for 3 years... Sold on 3rd Feb 2021 for 3.2c at small profit... Missed the run to 38c just two weeks later.... Literally sleepless nights for a week.
