You are all correct. But, neither have you considered the fact the new airport is also underway and will be in operation soon. So the assumption that the stock will repair in the medium term ~ 2 years is also not so true. With the rise of a competitor airport and current pandemic conditions, this may actually be a very premium offer and worth while for the board to consider. Just my opinion.
