Unusual wording IMO - "voluntary escrow"?
Surely the wording of the resolution at the EGM will be black & white - "the shares will be in escrow for 12 months" OR "the shares will issued immediately". I just cannot see words such as "the shares will be issued immediately, but we ask the recipient to put them into escrow (voluntarily) for 12 months".
Just seems odd to me.
