I hope costs are awarded against these teenagers, though no doubt some radical left wing activist group would fund any order.
Well done to the Federal Coalition Government in noting it will lodge an appeal.
Here's part of what 'The Australian' says:"...On Friday, Ms Ley confirmed she had instructed the department to lodge a notice of appeal.
“After carefully considering the judgement, the Minister has formed the view there are grounds on which to appeal,” a statement said.."
