Given some other ASX law suits in play at the moment re timing of and entitlement to 'incentive' share issues (eg ISX) they would be erring on the side of caution. I'm sure PH is conscious of the level of goodwill towards him in the company so there will be remedies available to IMU to rectify the issue.
In the meantime, the wheels keep turning and we move forward.
