The dictionary saids "of a considerable size or value"

So substantial to me means over 50 %.

I am buying CHM today on this MMX news.

MMX will most certainly settle for a very large sum of shares. I would say in the excess of 20 % plus CHM costs.


Bigger things at play here with the chinese hovering. This CHM needs to be gone sooner rather than later.


The both CHM and MMX holders can reap the just rewards.
