There are generally 2 classes of CR.

One class is to keep business going and a bunch of management idling at the desk smoking cigars...like the previous SYA board. This type will help to see the SP in continuous decline but the business is still alive. You see sad faces but no committing suicides.

The other class of CR is for acquisitions and if the acquisition is good, there will be significant multiplier effect that value adds and gives a boost to the mc. This type will send the SP upwards towards the moon. You will see investors going to sports car showrooms, looking for new shiny apartments for their wives or mistresses or having a great time at Melbourne crown casino or Montreal pubs watching waitresses dancing.
