Completely agree! I think its best to take a good profit and run at this stage. I suspect once they take over they will want to do another write down for the financial year to make themselves look good and make the previous directors/manages look bad. He'll be getting control of the board soon and will sit tight and watch the shares fall back down to the 30s and then pounce for a take-over - scrip-only bid.

Won't other major holders such as Geoff Wilson of Wilson Asset management want a higher price than 45 cents?
