This tweet by Risky Biscuits got me thinking and this approach at onboarding nodes is quite genius! So this deal with Fresh Supply positions them as a node into the agriculture business, whereby they will essentially market our product out to their customers and other businesses in the agricultural industry, in return for 30% of the profit. This means we don't need the workforce to go out and target individual companies, the node will do it for us, and in the case of that node being a society or coop, they could also offer their members incentives for taking up the Spenda product.

One society that sticks in my mind is Appstablishment's long time customer Capricorn Society, who have over 22,000 members. The workload involved for the Cirralto team to go out and pitch to 22,000 businesses is just unfathomable, but thankfully one of the reasons these businesses join coop's or societies is to benefit from synergies such as access to superior products that they may not even know about if they were out there on their own! So if we onboard this society/coop as a node they can then send out a bulletin to all their members saying "Hey guys we've secured access to this fantastic new Spenda system for our members at a discounted rate, we recommend all members switch over to it" and because they're being given 30% of the profit they could then offer an incentive such as "all those who do will receive 10% off membership fees" or come straight out and say we're being given 30% of the profit they make as a referral payment, we will pay that out to everyone who takes it up as an annual dividend! It's a win-win for everyone really!

This seems to me to be the best way to expand rapidly without having to grow your team exponentially! So, at 2-4 nodes per month, anyone got any theories as to who could be next? Retail Food Group would be a big one in the food and beverage industry.
