I will ignore NPVs as they confuse things, and I will assume a 10 year mine life with no residual value, 3.3billion shares.
HT estimates income of $368 million. Lets call that 20 cents per share. Over 10 years that equates to $2.00 per share.
HT didn't factor in Gold production which Doogsie estimates at $62 mullion . Close to 2 cents per share over 10 years gives 20c. So we are up to a share value of $2.20.
We have over $800 million in the bank so we will call that 25cents per share.
By my very simplistic calculation I make Ozl being worth something like $2.45 per share.
I haven't factored any upside in reserves of new moines in Cambodia, or any downside risks yet. Nor have I factored any coper/gold price rises in.
Am I off my tree talking about $2.45 a share. Is OZL way underpriced?
