If he was suggesting PF1's interest in Hammersly is worth that much then only getting $7 million of IPO shares seems like a good deal for someone, just not PF1 holders.
If he was suggesting the total value of Hammersly was $10 million then this IPO is going to be a hard sell when they now value the IPO at $19 million

Where is the cash boost for the company? There is none, unless they sell if this gets listed. They are lending money to Equinox to get the IPO rolling, if it doesnt get off the ground kiss good bye to that $300k plus .
Where are the free shares for PF1 holders? The company retains the interest, unless they can distribute them to holders?
Someone is going to win here. I wonder who the lead will be for the IPO cap raising and what they stand to make
