No need to issue more equity - especially equity that is already 5-6c in the money with a 5 year exercise period (300K for director fees as of today seems a tad excessive doesn't it?). Just pay the fees out of FCF, Debt or make it more at risk if the company is bullish. I've said it repeatedly the best wealth winning companies don't continuously dilute equity at every chance.
