If referring to me, no decision made yet. Discussions on going as very vague role and I want more defined. Fence sitting.

On offer currently is 33% gross pay rise which would equate to a rise of 33% net funnily enough. Enviable position I find myself in. Working from home currently to us is worth about 10-20k a year. Factor in travel and cooking/cleaning in those what were spare hours and it starts to look not so good to justify leaving a very comfortable role. I know I am the only one in the country with the skill set and industry experience. Worse case I stay and are still better than most but I don't take it for granted.
