Only Shell and possibly Far know what the leases are worth. The market is unsure and it is hard to put a price on the worth of Far until Shell decides. There is a high level of risk thus people are unsure whether to dive in!
Also Senegal is really uncharted waters for oilers, drilling was predominalty shallow not near the current targets. It was excellent news that a company is going to drill next year adjacent to Far on the back of CSEM.
