Given the way these gas prices are going and coupled with the way the pressure was increasing rather than decreasing when they flowed the well. I would not be at all surprised if the Borba well brings in significantly more income than the initial estimate.
I think the climbing gas prices alone will see it reach 6mil pretty soon and we have to remember california is paying a lot higher than the benchmark for gas.
That coupled with very good signs of higher flow rates could easily see each well going even higher than 6mil.
Gas has gone up 50% over the past two months.
If it even goes up another 25% over the next month or two we could see 7mil or more. Times that by 6 new shallow wells and we are charging along.
Thats before the gas and oil from Canada. Since we acquired them gas and oil both have gone up 50% as well as the report from SGC that production had increased.
We must be getting damn close to our next Ann, possibly we will go into a trading halt when the gas is hooked up. I bet the 60million shares for sale at 0.005 will vanish pretty quickly when that happens.
