99% in agreement.. I agree with your demographic analysis and believe WA has a bright future for the next few years. Dermot and the crew have been fairly astute In Their stockpicking although I’m disappointed they didn’t have SFR as part of the PF. WIC is one of the few LICs in the mining and contractors area and being a good divvy payer helps. I thinkWA will be fairly impervious today COVID but look at NSW ! I believe that EZL has “fairly” reliable earnings in the bag, but anything can happen. Everything in moderation and I too have quite a number of equity managers in my PF as well. The sharply increased dividend is welcome, but that’s no guarantee that it will rise exponentially from here or even reduce. Time will tell.
