honestly, I dont think it bothers him 1 iota. He still gets paid regardless. He owns minimal, insignificant amount, of shares. The sp in no way impacts him other than (my opinion only) whether he was about to undertake a capital raise or not. Then it would be based on how much money he can have access to and of course the value of the sp would become a consideration.
He very rarely expresses sentiment in which he talks about increasing shareholders wealth as being one of his motivators..
In fact the more I ponder along these lines the less I believe his suitability as CEO in terms of creating wealth for shareholders
