    I do agree with Neo for the very first time. Drilling, analysing CDL is complete waste of time. We all know what is sitting there. Management should leave that for future and fully concentrate to RD to mine it. Management brings CDL just to divert shareholders mind away from their incompetencies. They should have applied for ML long time ago if it is the prerequisite for finance. We have done the worst CR before and a totally unnecessary CR now because of their incompetence.
