I still think its far too early when they haven't had much time to explore other expansion opportunities. Would prefer they have the cash ready to go should something major pop up, rather that seek debt or equity financing.
The cash will always be there if nothing good arises.
On top of that, the dividend would likely be unfranked, leading to poor tax outcomes for a lot of investors.
