    HOPEFULLY NOT!!! Hahaha...

    But seriously i think that retail investors would be quite unimpressed if the instos got a big fill at $1.10 and then they cancelled the SPP because of a takeover as the SPP is only $100 million anyway so wouldnt impact the offer that significantly.
