People can cut off their nose to spite their face (aussie coking coal), and whilst it may send a message, it doesn't bode well for massaging trade into a relaxed future position. It may just rile the stubborn and like an ass entrench resistance to giving away ore without export tariffs. At least to those who'd seek to inflict economic pain on us. Or maybe not. Maybe we have no donkeys in Canberra?
