    interesting hey? don't own API l own WES and SOL (SOL hold API). fair value is listed at about 1.40 they are not overpaying. never went into API, one reason was ROE looked pedestrian despite being cheap. reckon there was a little more they could have asked but SOL have said yes so l guess it will being going.
