This is a nothing - they have been buying since March during lower prices. They could see it was undervalued before the Crayon offer.
They have not published a list of trades, but I would assume they were buying in the troughs and just topped up on the 1st and 2nd where the price was below $2.50. They were able to get 5% of the issued shares, well done to them. I am sure they are hoping for a better offer to come in and raise the price.
