agree. In my eyes I see Barry and the board setting themselves up for a seriously good retirement. Almost like they’re putting all their eggs into one last basket (meaning they must be looking far into the future of the company!). If they can grow Cyprium into a multi billion dollar company I am happy for them to have these performance rights as they have earned them. Of course all IMO
