Re my brain bridge term yes the market knows graphite but that’s the crux with Talga ,they will mine their incredible graphite resource but they are far far more advanced than that term encompasses.
Many companies will say they make anode material but what they really do is just purify and spherically work it. So ( at best) in effect they only make pre- cursor material not AAM- activated anode material. The stuff that can actually go into a battery....
Of course the coating processes are complex because you are developing particles which have a very particular coated surface thickness and texture that is an even thin nm and using binders and of different carbon sizes.
This is critical for engaging with the electrolyte facilitating the lithium ions esp in first cycle loss to develop a sustainable SEI layer. The reasons for that is multi in itself....
This is of course for Talnode-C product , once we get to more complex structural ‘mesoparticles’ such as Talnode-Si it’s another world...
Talga are really a advanced materials company. It’s something difficult to get across to the masses, but what really matters is the top companies in their field are wanting exposure to them.
So it’s a waiting game like all stocks...nothing happens till it happens- then it happens big.
