Good to see Hello Fresh see the exceptional value on offer here, a shame Aussie fund managers haven't been able to.
Hello Fresh is worth $15b euros and will be funding this out of free cash flow, a drop in the ocean for them.
If the IPO broker was so confident in how they floated YFZ, they should offer $1.20 to buy it back!
Either way, I think Private Equity and some other suitors would be looking at making a competing bid pretty closely now that it's in play.
