Great article. Algo's do trade in Australia, however I beleive that the .03 second rerouting of orders to the computers of the lightning traders would imo be illegal in this counrty, as it would fall under the definition of making trades knowing what others intend to do in advance(sorry, it is late and I can't remember the exact term used for this)
