A couple of the risk's I would have considered but no longer do were. Ability to get a mining permit. But it's on previously mined land. And water. But then I realised that if there isn't much water nearby those grades support water being pumped form along way away. Water unlikle slurry can be cheaply pumped for large distances.
Mining is speculative at this level through.
