China is well known for having very little regard for western patents and intellectual property in China. This total disregard can cause endless problems.
Getting Chinese contracts is at times a whole lot easier than actually getting paid and having monies repatriated back to Aus. Contractual obligations are meaningless and in the end they pay on China terms and not ours.
Need to have a deeper look into the board members and executive team to get an understand of proficiencies when working with the Chinese and working under Chinese jurisdiction in China
Hoping for good governance and competent risk committee to negate anything untoward
Just treading carefully here before I buy more
