Well, technically, they are veins. But the surgeons are very canny with the art of grafting. Reckon you need to get back to that fresh mountain air- that will add years. The walking will come back steadily, takes a few weeks. Ah, yes, it's best to be home. Good diet, fresh air, get some walking in. Many years to come.
