CFR have announced the spp was over-subscribed and yet the sp has not tanked so far, but rather has strengthened.
The injection of cash will enable the "find" to be explored further and as with many diamond "finds", it captures the imagination of punters - so we could very well see the sp actually rising.
Of course, finding more diamonds would help too!
