AQI has a very tightly held register and building a position can be difficult. I believe people were following a volume related move. 2 days before the sala announcement a 100k line wipe occurred bringing the SP to 15cents. The next day saw an increase in volume and a rise to 18cents. Twitter was allow over this as usual

truth is in the previous proactive update we know news was due about Sala. So its typical people will begin taking positions.

I suggest having a read about what is special about sala in the context of being economic. Specifically the grades reported in both galena dominated ore and sapherite. This might put you on the right track and a step above talking about insider trading, manipulation and technical analysis.

I also suggest having a read into the greater falun project. PAC Partners has done some amazing research on this that is readily available.
