Morning @Mcintyb,
I have asked Bahay about the relationship. The original engagement was all about opening doors, and clearly we are talking to Tier 1 Miners and O&G Companies in Oz because of the relationship with Worley. Also, the independent review of our proposal with the $100m savings opp happened because of the relationship with and strength of Worley.
Bahay is a smart man, he has relationships with other firms including Engineering firms and is obviously talking with an Owner/Operator of water treatment plants in the CSG space and this didn't come from the relationship with Worley. PWN are allowed to do their own thing which provides for a wider net to capture these clients rather than waiting on Worley. Worley is one way of opening doors, the other is to team up with Industry players, other Engineering or specialist firms and the other is to diversify PWN's offering to the market ( PPS, Multi-wet).
As for Worley plugging PWN, I think that will happen when one of the contracts is landed and the plant is operating to specification, the credibility will be in the results of that plant's operation. Worley is a global beast and getting anything to market about a minnow through their marketing team just doesnt happen unless it has so many ticks for them. It will happen, just not yet.
I agree, the Worley tie up was huge, provides credibility, belief and back up. Worley wouldn't have signed up unless they could see potentially big things coming from it. That's why they signed up for 3 years, because it doesn't happen overnight like a lot of people want.
If people think they can make shite loads of money elsewhere, each to their own. I look at most stocks, and they are 50% or more off their highs from early in the year, PWN is in the same boat. But can I think of other places where I think I can get a better return right now, I am struggling to find any, happy to be told otherwise.
Still have the faith, I am frustrated just like the majority on here, i would love to see a Corporate Update, I would love to see the quarterly sooner rather than later and I think that feedback will be heading to the PWN team when I next meet with them, hopefully in their new warehouse/office. I think the time for stealth, for radio silence is over and it's time for steady, worthy news flow.
Mr M.
