The way I read it…
The trading halt was for the material information regarding contracted revenues..
The voluntary suspension is for the material information regarding trade finance customers..
Already in a trading halt so rather than requesting an extension, use the voluntary suspension to your advantage to clear the bids/offers and stop any fakers playing games
So although related as the link to both is the referral agreements, it’s likely just two different parts of the one equation..
I’m quietly optimistic..
