    i cant beleive any of you people have been shocked that they are announcing a raising. Doesn't anyone here ever read LNC accounts? they have been funding operations of what is essentially a development company with totally uncertain cashflows, out of debt - convertible notes at that. Of which they are rapidly running out of notes to issue. Why do you think LNC issues Appendix 3B's all time issuing stock as notes are used up.
