I do. Check mogull.gg homepage and scroll down through all the tournaments. They all say completed, some have no participants. Check the first tournament listed in the screenshot attached, from March 2019.
Don't know what they have done, but looks like.tbey haven't even checked the homepage since they came out of maintenance mode. They only just got rid of the downtime message this morning, 2 weeks after it came back up.
