A cent or two is irrelevant IMO. People are focussing on the SPP and whether it will bring the SP down or not. Ignore the noise.
Its safe to assume that SPP will be oversubscribed so this will put positive pressure on the SP at the time irrespective of at what level. When its all said and done, the SP will jump 10+. Throw in an announcement or two and bang....it'll POP real hard!
