I have held shares in the company for over 11 years waiting and now this. I had the same thing happen with another company called Hardey resources (HDY). Similar situation. I created a skype group to go for a class action. From it all which was an extremely difficult learning curve for me.
Eventually we were able to get the board to resign and the ASX to stop the delisting and we became substantial holders. Had a new board appointed and now relisted as PSL. Without having to go down the class action path.
Not saying its exactly the same but it is similar, promises and then bang its all over.
