I am in process of writing a valuation report on a tin project and was looking for comparable. I stumbled on this one and it rings all sorts of alarm bells.
For avoidance of doubt, every single one of the projects that failed that share the characteristics of this project. ( highest grade, no reserves, Skipping PFS etc ) was backed and promoted by a team with the highest confidence. It’s almost the defining characteristic
