    Tpw is valued at over a billion dollars. Any acquisition between the 2 would be the other way round. Chances slim to none.
    Overseas expansion is the most likley avenye for growth. I hope they open stores in NZ very soon. If they can be successful in Australia there is no reason Dusk wont do well in NZ. UK is probably going to be more difficult and US more difficult still... but if it did manage to be successful in US EU UK, the PE could be between 20 and 40.. the mind boggles at what the valuation would be. For now though only NZ expansion has a high likelyhood and I think a PE of 10 to 14 should be justified. If management can show FY22 will have similar EBIT margins to FY22 I reckon the SP will be over $5 in a hurry.
