Just to add to why I think that it is Consmin. I think that management see Consmin as a predator. With that in mind, if management know who brought the 4,000,000 shares, they have been deathly quiet about the fact. If it was a new investor there would have been great fan fair about it by now. The buyer hasn't publicised the purchase, nor has management.
