This isn't about rallying retail holders to chew through the walls.

When we had the decent runs in late 2020, there was sufficient volume and buy pressure to get through these types of hurdles.

We just need to wait until the bigger fish want to buy in and push the wall down.
Or wait until the people that put it up, take it back down.

This is likely just someone accumulating cheaply, prior to all the news-flow that is to come.
