I'm a little confused about this trial. A few years ago my partner (now ex) went for a scope test to discover cause of excessive indigestion, they found he had a Schatski ring on esophagus. It is suspected the ring is c a used by H. Pylori and he is allergic to penicillin. His doctor prescribed trial drug produced by Recce. I'm assuming it's 425 I didn't recall any numbers on the Package.
