NSW Health has finally launched the RFP for Single Digital Patient Record(SDPR), something to look out in the next 12 months or so. As far as I understand Alcidion is on the panel and it is similar to the consortium panel in the DoD contract.
'Yesterday we held the Industry Briefing for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR), one of the largest state-wide programs of its kind in decades. The SDPR will transform health information management across NSW public health facilities, improving patient safety and enhancing clinician experience with EMR systems. The RFP has been launched with the selected providers from the EOI, and we are excited to explore partnerships and solutions proposed by the market in creating a SDPR.'
