2 day's ago, 50% of the volume was short sold. You take that type of trading away and we probably would be sitting around the $2.60 mark.
The last couple of day's trading is not a fare indication of how PNV is going. Its a dead set shame that short selling is permitted.
Fundamentally this stock is going well. Holders just need to hold on until sales increase further.
