I feel sure that BTX 1801 Phase 2b rightly represents a master stroke, as haemodialysis surely trumps Covid, however IMO Phase 2b can be regarded as part of Plan A which is still basically knocking on the FDA's door - not Heaven's Door.

The FDA is a very creative organisation - one might even say contra_ry, and it is not clear to me that Phase 2b trumps the FDA, so in my opinion, despite its discreet charm, to regard Phase 2B as other than part of Plan A could be a dangerous delusion.

The upshot of this pontification about Italian Jobs from port is that BOT cannot rest - it still needs a true Plan B.
