That's right C4. The announcement reads as a certainty and if it were any other stock she'd be well over 3c today...but this is TSV...slow and steady...
At the same time I don't think we'll see any big dumps. Besides a few traders I think only the patient holders are left and they've waited this long. Should be low volume activity for the next 4 weeks. IMHO.
