re: 5. files important provisional patent in the u Gerry - how can you deduce that they are looking at or are close to a topical solution from this. I am holding EPT and would love to see them produce a topical solution as there share price would go ballistic especially with a 20 year reign on the underlying product.
I agree that the announcement today was great news as it was one of the areas of my greatest concern.
