responding to anoir and GHT re what happens next etc.

1) I don't have any special insight

2) This is highly unusual situation and so there is no "usual" to it.

3) I posted a message of hope immediately on reading the announcement as I would like to think that if the situation was clearcut then it would have been all over by now and the extra day not needed.

4) Can only assume that it is as I speculated a day or two ago - they have been doing a frantic last ditch effort to get the cash together. Possibly trying to extract promises of payment from various international distributors for product purchased but not paid for (and there is a fair bit of it) while simultaneously circling back to anyone who has ever expressed interest in PLT to see if they want to write out a big cheque at, say, 3 cents.

They have given themselves until Monday effectively I suppose.

Let's see how they go.

Directors would arguably have been on risk from the date when the FER deal was unrecommended. Not really sure how big a risk this is / interplay with insurances etc. . . . .but the liabilty just gets bigger every day.
