Yep these minerals will sell themselves with or without a renewable hub. It is spin, with a element of truth. I studied a lot wave energy stuff at uni and looked at so many projects, that failed. The engineering effort is just immense and costly. Most failed, if fact I can't name one successful wave energy farm, but I have not looked for ages.
